Qualifications & Requirements:
- Active Florida Department of Health SLP licensure required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience with school-aged populations (Pre K-12) highly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to travel between campuses as part of an itinerant team
- Completion of fingerprinting and credentialing processes per Florida state requirements
- Commitment to supporting students with mild to moderate communication needs
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and document progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Support multiple schools as needed, adapting to different age groups and caseloads (estimated caseload of 60 students, subject to confirmation)
- Maintain accurate records and comply with state, district, and professional standards
