Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid and active Florida Department of Health (FL DOH) SLP license (CCC required)
- Recent experience providing speech and language services in school settings preferred
- Must be eligible to complete fingerprinting requirements, including clearance through the AHCA Clearinghouse if previously fingerprinted
- Strong collaboration skills and flexibility to support students across multiple campuses, as assigned
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to a caseload of approximately 60 students, spanning Pre-K through 12th grade with mild to moderate needs
- Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and provide direct and consultative services in accordance with student goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Travel to assigned school sites as needed and manage a flexible schedule in an itinerant role
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
