Speech Language Pathologist

Qualifications:
Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Certification required
Previous experience with middle or high school-aged students is preferred
Strong understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders in school settings
Skilled in individualized education program (IEP) planning, implementation, and reporting
Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in grades 6–12 based on IEP goals
Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to foster student progress
Document student performance and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal regulations
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a valued member of the multidisciplinary team
