Speech Language Pathologist

Key Qualifications:
California SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
Minimum 2 years of experience working in California schools
At least 1 year of hands-on SEIS (Special Education Information System) experience
Proven ability to manage high caseloads and frequent referrals
Previous experience supervising SLPAs alongside facilitators is highly valued
Bilingual Spanish skills are an asset but not a requirement
Strong organizational, communication, and adaptation skills
Commitment to onsite-only services (no teletherapy or virtual work possible)
Role Overview:
Serve a diverse student population within a supportive district, focusing on speech, language, and communication needs
Oversee assessments, IEP development, and documentation using SEIS
Provide direct therapy and consultation for students, parents, and staff
Supervise and collaborate with SLPAs and facilitators as needed
Maintain a flexible, resourceful approach to high caseload management
Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages student growth

Competitive pay of $65/hr for monolingual SLPs and $71/hr for bilingual SLPs
Full-time workweek at 37.5 hours within an Extended School Year (FSY) schedule
