This part-time contract opportunity (0.5 FTE) focuses on making a meaningful difference each day, working with a diverse group of students across public, private, and nonpublic school settings.

Qualifications & Experience Sought:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP-CCC or eligible SLP-CFY)
  • Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
  • Knowledge of the school-based evaluation and intervention process
  • Strong ability to conduct assessments across a range of student backgrounds, including private and nonpublic schools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for preschool students, as well as those in private and nonpublic school environments
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals in collaboration with educational staff and families
  • Deliver targeted speech and language therapy, adapting approaches to diverse learning needs
  • Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with district and state standards
