Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP-CCC or eligible SLP-CFY)
- Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
- Knowledge of the school-based evaluation and intervention process
- Strong ability to conduct assessments across a range of student backgrounds, including private and nonpublic schools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for preschool students, as well as those in private and nonpublic school environments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals in collaboration with educational staff and families
- Deliver targeted speech and language therapy, adapting approaches to diverse learning needs
- Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with district and state standards
