Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid SLP state license and ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP); CFY candidates considered
- Experience with pediatric populations in educational or healthcare settings
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to classroom and virtual environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, screenings, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapy sessions to students, addressing a variety of speech and language needs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student progress
- Maintain documentation and records in compliance with school and legal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, student progress reviews, and consult on intervention strategies
- Utilize technology for teletherapy services when necessary
