School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - North Adams, Massachusetts

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
- Previous experience in a school-based setting highly desirable
- Open to both experienced SLPs and SLPAs
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite and adapt to various campus environments
- Willingness to work with a diverse K-12 caseload, providing both assessment and intervention services
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for students at various educational levels
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Work closely with teachers, families, and school teams to support student progress
- Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions in either individual or group settings
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support plans as needed
