Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Experience working in schools, with students ranging from early childhood through high school (Pre K–Grade 12).
- Familiarity with IEP process, progress monitoring, and supporting multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt strategies for individual needs across diverse student populations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ IEPs.
- Collaborate with educators and families to support academic success and social development.
- Provide direct and consultative SLP services to students in Pre-School, Kindergarten, Elementary, Middle, and High School.
- Maintain detailed records, document progress, and comply with all school and state requirements.
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings and professional development as needed.
