Qualifications & Experience:
- Active SLP license and certification
- Proven experience in pediatric speech-language pathology

- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in school settings
- Strong collaboration skills for working with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy for students from Pre-K to 12th grade
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to create a supportive learning environment
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation and monitoring of speech-language goals
- Use evidence-based methods to address articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs
- Track student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and adjust interventions as needed
