Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- Valid SLP license for Arizona, or eligibility to obtain
- CCC-SLP certification or CFY in progress
- Pediatric experience in school settings preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and case management skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to a varied caseload across two elementary schools
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and maintain documentation
- Collaborate with educators and families for best student outcomes
- Navigate and adapt to different school cultures and educational approaches
