Essential Qualifications:
- Current Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) in good standing
- Valid Arizona Educator Certificate
- Active IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required
- Experience in school-based or pediatric speech-language therapy preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic speech and language services for students in PreK through 8th grade
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, student progress, and services in compliance with state guidelines
- Communicate effectively with students, families, and staff to foster supportive learning environments
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide guidance regarding students’ language and communication needs
- Adapt therapy strategies to support a diverse range of learners
