Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Arizona SLP license (SLP-CCC preferred).
- Current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Previous experience within a school setting or working with children in grades K-8 is highly valued.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to K-8 students across a variety of needs and caseloads.
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and document student progress.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to foster positive student outcomes.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to the educational goals of students.
- Provide consultative support and resources to classroom teachers.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school policies and state regulations.
