Essential Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

- Strong assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring skills
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech, language, and communication disorder assessments for elementary caseloads at assigned schools
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) targeting students’ speech and language goals
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services, both individually and in small groups
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other support staff to integrate therapy strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress, and required reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
