Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Current Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license and print card are required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads is highly desirable
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to create individualized treatment plans and support students diverse in age and need
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students in K-8th grade, addressing articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication needs
- Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate with staff and families to foster student success
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions tailored to each child’s unique needs
- Leverage technology and resources to enhance service delivery
- Take advantage of two days per month with remote, work-from-home flexibility for evaluations, documentation, and planning
