Ideal Qualifications:
- Active Arizona SLP license and current print card are required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads
- Proficiency in working with kindergarten through 8th grade students
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to tailor therapy plans to diverse student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students K-8
- Develop individualized treatment plans and set measurable goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive student support
- Maintain accurate records and document student progress according to school and district standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for educational planning
