Preferred Background & Qualifications:
- Active Arizona SLP license
- Valid Teaching Certification
- Possession of, or eligibility for, an AZ Fingerprint Card
- Open to SLPs holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Previous experience with school-aged children preferred
Role Overview:
- Provide speech, language, and communication therapy for students ranging from mild to moderate needs
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure comprehensive student care
- Maintain all documentation in compliance with state and district requirements
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to innovative therapy approaches
- Support both direct therapy and indirect services, ensuring a holistic student-centered approach
