Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license for Arizona
- SLP-CCC highly preferred
- Current Arizona fingerprint clearance card required
- Demonstrated experience or passion for working with preschool and elementary-aged students
- Strong foundational knowledge in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
- Ability to effectively collaborate within educational teams
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate speech, language, and communication disorders in students from kindergarten through 8th grade
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address diverse needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, share expertise, and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
- Deliver high-quality therapy sessions within school environments and during approved remote work days
- Maintain timely documentation and collaborate with teachers and parents to promote student success
