Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Peoria, Arizona

Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field required
- Valid SLP license and certification; SLP-CCC preferred (or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year)
- Experience with pediatric populations, particularly students with autism, strongly preferred
- Familiarity with school-based speech therapy and IEP processes
- Comfortable conducting teletherapy sessions as needed
- Effective communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to K-8th grade students in a specialized autism program
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs using standardized tools
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student goals
- Track progress and maintain thorough records aligned with program requirements
- Partner with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
- Deliver services via both in-person and teletherapy formats, adapting to student and school needs
- Offer consultation, training, and resources to staff and families
