Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active Arizona SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome
- School-based experience or genuine interest in working with K-8 populations
- Strong assessment, intervention, and IEP development skills
- Collaborative approach, excellent communication, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and therapy for students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support classroom strategies and student progress
- Document and track student outcomes in line with district and compliance requirements
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, staff development, and ongoing professional learning
