Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible for Speech-Language Pathology license in Arizona
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with children in Kindergarten through 8th grade
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services to students with a variety of speech and language needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to foster a supportive learning environment
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based student planning
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for progress monitoring and compliance
