Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure in Arizona
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong candidates completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome
- Experience or interest working in a school-based environment, especially with K-8 students
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students in grades K-8
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and ongoing assessments of speech, language, and communication skills
- Develop goals and therapy plans based on individual student needs and IEPs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support student success
