Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellow (CFY) applicants encouraged
- Pediatric and/or school-based SLP experience required
- Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders strongly preferred
- Teletherapy skills are a plus
- Familiarity with healthcare standards in school settings
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech, language, and communication therapy for K-8 students (caseload: ~50 students)
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs
- Document progress and collaborate with special education teams and families
- Support students within a specialized Autism program, adapting interventions as needed
- Utilize traditional and teletherapy methods where appropriate
