Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid or eligible state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working in K-8 educational settings—special consideration for prior autism program experience
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation abilities
- Knowledge of teletherapy tools and innovative service delivery
- Comfort developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with teams and families
- SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow (CFY) encouraged to apply
Your daily responsibilities may include:
- Conducting assessments, developing goals, and delivering therapy to K-8 students in a specialized autism program
- Managing an active caseload of approximately 50 students
- Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and parents to support each student’s communication needs
- Contributing to IEP planning and team meetings
- Maintaining accurate, timely documentation
