Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Arizona SLP license (must be submitted at time of interview)
- Current IVP fingerprint clearance card (present at interview)
- Will consider qualified Clinical Fellows (CFs)
- Commitment to full-time, onsite service delivery (37.5 hours weekly)
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students in PreK through grade 8
- Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress monitoring aligned with school and state requirements
- Attend meetings and contribute to the Individualized Education Program (IEP) process
- Support a small, manageable caseload for focused interventions and relationship-building
