Soliant Education is seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a welcoming school district for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a great opportunity to work alongside licensed Speech-Language Pathologists while helping students develop the communication skills they need to thrive in the classroom and beyond.

Responsibilities
Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
Implement treatment plans and therapy activities designed by the supervising SLP
Document student progress and maintain accurate service records
Assist with preparing therapy materials and classroom supports
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
Participate in team meetings and maintain compliance with district and state guidelines
Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program
Active SLPA license/certification (or eligibility) in the state of employment
School-based experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Passion for helping students reach their communication goals
