Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current or eligible for SLP license in Oregon
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or CFY
- Pediatric, healthcare, and/or school-based experience preferred
- Competence in managing special education high school caseloads
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services to approximately 50-60 high school students in special education, often in group settings
- Manage a focused caseload of 8-10 students to ensure effective individualized care and compliance with IEP requirements
- Maintain detailed documentation and case management
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and school staff to foster supportive learning environments
- Flexible 24-hour weekly schedule—choose 3 full days, 5 partial days, or a custom arrangement
