Qualifications and Experience Desired:
- Current licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Oregon
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Experience in school-based settings and/or pediatric caseloads
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Comfort with full-time elementary caseloads; willingness to supervise or work with an SLPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language services to elementary students
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain relevant documentation in accordance with school and federal guidelines
- Provide guidance or oversight to an SLPA as assigned
