Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Portland, OR

We're seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist with a passion for working with pediatric populations. Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement effective therapy plans that help students achieve their communication goals. An SLPA will be available for support, allowing you to focus on direct therapy and shaping student progress.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligible Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Experience in school, pediatric, or healthcare settings
- Active Oregon SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive, student-centered therapy environment
Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy to elementary-aged students
- Work closely with a supportive SLPA for collaborative care
- Document progress and maintain accurate, timely records in accordance with district guidelines
- Attend multidisciplinary meetings and consult with teachers, parents, and other professionals
- Support students with diverse needs, tailoring interventions to help them succeed academically and socially
