Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Accurately document all sessions and progress, maintaining compliance with Medicaid billing requirements
- Oversee and mentor SLPAs, ensuring best practices and adherence to school standards
- Participate in team meetings, collaborating with educators, administrators, and families
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and contribute to IEP development
- Stay current with evidence-based practices relevant to pediatric and school-based SLP work
