Qualifications & Experience:
- Current license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Arizona
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) is required
- Arizona Educator Certificate in hand
- IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card is mandatory
- Demonstrated experience working in school settings, particularly with PreK-8 populations, strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage a flexible caseload across various age groups and communication needs
Core Responsibilities:
- Delivering direct speech and language therapy services onsite to students as assigned
- Conducting assessments, writing evaluation reports, and developing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborating with teachers, school staff, and families to support student communication goals
- Maintaining thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participating in IEP meetings and providing expert recommendations for student programming
This assignment is scheduled from August 3, 2026, through May 26, 2027, with a standard 40-hour work week onsite. You’ll work closely with a collaborative school team in an environment that values your professional input and supports student achievement.
