Ideal candidates bring the following:
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Current Arizona SLP License
- Valid Arizona Educator Certificate
- IVP Fingerprint Card (must have at the time of application)
- Experience or strong interest in working with PreK-8th grade school populations
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and fellow clinicians
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and inclusive communication support
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments, planning, and providing individualized and group interventions to support students' communication needs
- Developing and implementing IEPs in collaboration with special education teams
- Monitoring and documenting student progress in accordance with school policies and state regulations
- Consulting and coordinating with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal support for every student
- Promoting a positive and engaging learning environment for students at every developmental stage
The contract runs from August 3, 2026, to May 26, 2027, with full-time hours (40 hours per week) and offers the opportunity to work exclusively onsite within a well-established PreK-8 school community.
