Qualified candidates must currently hold the following:
- Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Arizona
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Arizona Educator Certificate
- Valid IVP Fingerprint Card
Previous experience in school settings and a commitment to evidence-based practice are highly valued. Adaptability, collaborative spirit, and strong communication abilities will help you thrive as you support student development.
Key responsibilities in this role include:
- Conducting speech-language assessments and creating individualized therapy plans
- Providing direct therapeutic services to PreK-8th grade students onsite
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
- Maintaining timely and accurate documentation as per state and district requirements
- Engaging in IEP meetings and progress reporting as required
- Flexibility in managing a caseload (to be determined) within a supportive school community
