Start Date: August 25, 2026
End Date: June 8, 2027
Schedule: Monday – Friday, up to 37.5 hours per week (flexible options available)

What you’ll bring:

  • Current Delaware SLP license (required)
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations
  • Comfort traveling between school sites and homebound assignments as needed
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to tailor interventions to a diverse range of student abilities and needs

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in both school and homebound environments
  • Conduct assessments to determine needs and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Consult with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with district and legal guidelines
  • Adapt service delivery and schedules to caseload needs throughout the school year
