Schedule: Monday – Friday, up to 37.5 hours per week (flexible options available)
What you’ll bring:
- Current Delaware SLP license (required)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations
- Comfort traveling between school sites and homebound assignments as needed
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to tailor interventions to a diverse range of student abilities and needs
Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in both school and homebound environments
- Conduct assessments to determine needs and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Consult with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with district and legal guidelines
- Adapt service delivery and schedules to caseload needs throughout the school year
