School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Bear, Delaware

Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid Delaware (DE) SLP license (required for consideration)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Demonstrated experience in school settings with diverse caseloads
- Compassionate, patient, and adaptable, with strong communication skills
- Capable of working both with a variable caseload and in multiple settings (school site and homebound support)
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students as determined by their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Support and implement interventions for students in both school buildings and homebound settings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure cohesive care and communication
- Conduct assessments and maintain documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Adjust and adapt services based on changing caseloads and the needs of the district
