School Speech Language Pathologist - New Oxford, Pennsylvania

Essential Qualifications:
- Active PA Speech-Language Pathology Certification (SLP Cert)
- Valid Pennsylvania Teaching Certification (required with resume submission)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 students in public schools
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress tracking, and school-based therapy best practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language evaluations, interventions, and therapy services for individuals and groups within a K-12 setting
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Engage and consult with teachers, administrators, and families to facilitate student success
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise on speech and language concerns
- Support building-wide speech-language initiatives and resources as required
