Key Qualifications:
- Active and current Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology Certification required
- Valid Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate required at the time of application
- CCC-SLP credentials preferred
- Experience delivering speech and language services within school settings, serving K-12 populations
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs and document progress in compliance with school policies
Role Expectations:
- Deliver speech, language, and communication services directly to students onsite (no virtual or remote options at this time)
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and consult with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ educational success
- Provide ongoing progress monitoring and adapt therapy approaches as needed
- Foster a supportive, communicative, and inclusive school climate for learners across all grade levels
