Key Qualifications:
- Hold a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Possess Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC); clinical fellows (CFY) will also be considered
- Experience working with preschool-aged children, particularly those requiring special education support
- Ability to travel between sites within Adams County as required
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic speech-language services to preschool students across multiple locations
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals in partnership with families and interdisciplinary team members
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and progress monitoring
- Maintain accurate records with dedicated weekly paperwork time
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to facilitate language-rich learning environments
- Attend meetings, contribute to multidisciplinary discussions, and participate in ongoing professional development
