You’ll work with a low-incidence caseload of PreK through 4th-grade students, providing essential support during a condensed school session.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLP licensure with CCC or CFY credentials
- Experience in school settings, especially with pediatric and low-incidence populations
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
- Familiarity with IEPs, assessment procedures, and progress tracking
- Commitment to fostering a positive, student-focused environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students ages PreK–grade 4
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
- Administer relevant assessments and maintain documentation
- Consult with teachers and caregivers to maximize student progress
- Contribute expertise during planning and preparation periods
Position Details:
- Assignment runs June 22 to July 16
- Prep time provided: 10 hours on June 17 & 18
- 4.5-hour workdays Monday–Thursday, totaling 18 hours per week
- Manage a low-incidence caseload in a supportive school atmosphere
