Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible SLP license in Connecticut
- Experience or strong interest in school-based or pediatric speech therapy
- Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, teachers, and parents
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Essential Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students with speech-language disorders
- Monitor and document student progress, maintaining detailed therapy records
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop strategies for student success
- Attend IEP meetings and participate in team discussions regarding student needs and goals
- Stay current with best practices in school-based speech therapy
