- Comfortable working exclusively onsite
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Reliable transportation to the site
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students on your caseload
- Conduct assessments, develop and update IEPs, and document student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise on student needs and service recommendations
- Collaborate with educators and families to integrate therapy goals into the classroom environment
- Maintain thorough, timely records in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Utilize best practices and evidence-based interventions to foster student growth
