Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, but CFY candidates will be considered
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is appreciated
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Provide direct therapy services, both individual and group, focusing on achievable, measurable goals
- Maintain clear documentation, progress reports, and communication with teachers and parents
- Partner with classroom staff to adapt curriculum and techniques that support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school initiatives
