- Effective communicator who thrives in multidisciplinary educational teams
- Experience working with or interest in K-12 populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop therapy strategies for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Document student progress and participate in IEP meetings
- Offer direct group and individual therapy
- Support communication needs relevant to educational success
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment and advocate for student needs across grade levels
