  • Confident leading assessments, developing treatment plans, and monitoring student progress
  • Effective communicator who thrives in multidisciplinary educational teams
  • Experience working with or interest in K-12 populations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and develop therapy strategies for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Document student progress and participate in IEP meetings
  • Offer direct group and individual therapy
  • Support communication needs relevant to educational success
  • Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment and advocate for student needs across grade levels
