Elementary Middle School Speech Pathology - Elgin, IL

Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLP Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP Endorsement
- Experience or strong interest in working with grades K-12
- Bilingual proficiency, enabling effective service delivery to diverse student populations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Positive, student-centered approach to intervention and collaboration
- New graduates who are completing or have completed their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome to apply
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop targeted therapy plans for students in need of speech and language support
- Deliver engaging, individualized, and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Support students in reaching their academic, communication, and social goals
- Advocate for and support inclusive practices throughout the school community
