Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist license from IDFPR

  • Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable
  • ISBE number is required for consideration

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language services to a diverse caseload of EC-8th grade students
  • Collaborate with another SLP to support approximately 70 students, splitting caseloads for manageable workflow
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress
  • Foster communication among students, staff, and families
  • Maintain compliance with district and union guidelines
