Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
- Current Speech Language Pathologist license from IDFPR
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience within school settings preferred
- ISBE number is required for consideration
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to EC-8th grade students
- Manage a caseload shared between two SLPs (approximately 45 students for full-time; 25 for part-time)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams
- Maintain accurate records and document progress
- Adhere to district and union requirements
