ESY Speech Therapist in Evanston, IL

Qualifications:

- Experience or strong interest in school-based settings spanning PreK to 8th grade
- Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans for diverse student needs
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with staff, families, and students
- Familiarity with ESY (Extended School Year) programming is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy for ESY students
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and progress reporting, tracking student growth
- Develop targeted goals and strategies to support communication development
- Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all district and state requirements
