School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Naperville, Illinois

Enjoy a balanced workweek structured around three days onsite—must include Wednesdays—with flexibility to select the additional two days that best suit your schedule. You’ll manage a manageable caseload of 25 students who present with a variety of learning disabilities, offering both challenge and reward as you help shape their high school journey.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current state licensure/certification
- Proven experience with high school populations preferred
- Strong knowledge of interventions for students with learning disabilities
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to fully onsite service, Monday–Friday, 8am–3pm, with flexibility in scheduled days
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver targeted speech/language therapy to high school students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records and document progress
- Consult with teachers and support staff to integrate strategies into the classroom environment
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional guidance to families and colleagues
- Serve as an advocate for student success within an inclusive, supportive school setting
