School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Mount Prospect, Illinois

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current and valid licensure as an SLP in Illinois
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work collaboratively with educators and families
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to PreK and Kindergarten students
- Assess students to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
- Document progress and maintain accurate student records
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to maximize student growth
- Participate in team meetings and IEP reviews as needed
