This assignment entails leave coverage for the dates 11/2/2026 to 2/26/2027. You’ll have a dynamic schedule with an assignment split between an elementary school (0.8 FTE) and a middle school (0.2 FTE), allowing for variety and broad age-group experience.

Qualifications:

  • Current license or certification as SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, SLP (School), or SLPA
  • Experience working in school settings preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to new environments and student populations

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services in elementary and middle school settings
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to develop and implement IEPs
  • Maintain accurate treatment and progress documentation
