School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Sonoma, CA

Key Qualifications:
- Active credential as SLPA, SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLP-School.
- Experience in school-based settings is highly desired.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
- Ability to develop rapport with students across elementary and middle school ages.
- Commitment to evidence-based therapy and individualized student support.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students, targeting expressive/receptive language, articulation, and fluency needs.
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student progress and implement effective intervention plans.
- Conduct screenings, assist in assessments, and contribute to IEP/504 meetings as needed.
- Maintain detailed progress notes, data, and compliance documentation.
- Support students in both group and individual service formats to maximize their communication potential.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and uplifting school environment.
