Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active state licensure as an SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year candidates are welcome)
- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric SLP role preferred
- Expertise assessing and treating speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to organize, manage caseloads, and document compliance-driven progress
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy for K-12 students
- Deliver both direct and indirect services in accordance with each child’s IEP
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and maintain detailed records
- Participate in IEP meetings and support multi-disciplinary educational teams
- Foster positive, accessible environments to maximize student communication success
