Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
- Valid state licensure or eligibility (as required for school speech therapy practice)
- Open to both CCC-SLPs and CFY candidates
- Familiarity with the IEP process and experience in school settings is preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and ongoing therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with each student’s goals
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as a key contributor
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation on student progress and services rendered
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to foster positive student outcomes
- Deliver both direct and consultative services across a diverse caseload
