Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Monterey, CA

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility in process)
- CCC-SLP or CFY status accepted
- Previous school-based experience or practicum preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to supporting diverse student populations
Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to provide integrated support
- Document progress, maintain compliance with IEP goals, and complete timely reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the multidisciplinary team
- Offer support for generalization of communication strategies within classroom and school-wide settings
