Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid licensure as an SLP in Indiana (or eligibility to obtain licensure)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
- Experience working with students across K-12 settings beneficial
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Comfort developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans and document student progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to support learning goals
- Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility conferences, and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Utilize evidence-based interventions and regularly monitor student outcomes
